At the helm of this unique establishment is General Manager Andrew Ferguson. “I love making people happy,” Ferguson says.

Every time you step into Bitter & Pour, there’s always something fresh and exciting to discover. With new menu features introduced weekly and the entire menu revamped a couple of times a year, you’ll never get bored of the offerings. From creative craft cocktails to classic favorites, the bar team takes pride in delivering a drink that’s more than just a beverage – it’s an experience.
Featured in the video is the Rum Runner. The most popular drink at Bitter & Pour is the First World Problem, composed of barrel-aged problem solver, buffalo trace bourbon, demerara, house bitters, lemon twist, smooth and complex.
When asked what he enjoys about being located Downtown, Ferguson says, “We get people from all over the world, all walks of life. It’s interesting, it’s a hodge-podge.”

One of the things that sets Bitter & Pour apart is the tight-knit team behind the bar. According to Ferguson, “Everybody helps everybody. They don’t treat each other like coworkers; they treat each other like family.”
