Rochester Home Infusion provides intravenous medications where you live– in your home, hotel room, apartment, or local accommodations.  We provide 24/7 pharmacy and nursing services to support your therapy.   Our goal is to make IV therapy as simple and easy as possible by tailoring it to your lifestyle.  Medications are delivered to your residence and our nurse will provide teaching and support.  We work your health insurance to verify home infusion benefits.  Most importantly, we coordinate with your health care team to measure your progress and ensure a seamless transition to everyday life.
