Join the YMCA of Rochester as instructor Ron leads the community in Zumba Gold. Zumba Gold is guaranteed to provide you with a safe and effective total body workout. Zumba Gold music uses dance moves and rhythms from Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha and many other rhythms and dances. The focus is on individuals with very little exercise experience, individuals that have physical limitations or inactive older adult. It's designed to be a little easier than Zumba but by no means less fun. The program has been carefully designed so that it is easy to follow by anyone or everyone of any age, size or physical ability. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or rug. Free to the community. Register on-site, day of the class.
