There is a lot of debate on what "natural" wine is. It can be confusing! There are no set mutually agreed-upon standards in the wine world that can classify "natural wine." It seems that everyone has their own interpretation. At Tessa's Office we interpret it as wines that is made with minimal to no intervention, with sustainable agricultural practices, and no use of fillers in the product, including minimal to no sulfur (except for when needed as a buffering/sanitizing agent) and a final product that may be cloudier in paperance because of a lack of filtering or fining the wine.
