Details

This class will begin with a gentle warm up to ease ourselves into movement for the day. We will then begin to build a sequence of asanas (poses) to bring up the heart rate and explore flowing movement. Each class will include balancing and/or inverted postures and core work. Class will wind down with  stretching and will close with a savasana (meditation & recovery).
