Join us for a wine tasting with small bites and learn about the wonderful world of Italian wine-making!
We have all learned and appreciated Italy’s role in classical art, architecture, music, and opera. And Italian food has become a mainstay in American cuisine. Italy’s other significant contribution to the world is its fine wine.
Join us for a sensory trip to Italy’s top 5 wine regions and explore the amazing art of wine-making that goes back centuries. Get a feel for what goes into production of these famous wines: grapes, soil, planting and pruning techniques, barrel selection and fermentation.
Dominic Sposeto, former board member of the Italian Cultural Center, is a true Italian wine connoisseur and collector. He will steer us in a sampling of fine Italian wines that will hopefully add a wine or two to your favorites list.
Ticket Holders Must be 21+ years of age to sample
