This 19th year of our production will feature young dancers from studios throughout Rochester and the surrounding area, as well as professional guest artists.
Children love the naughty mice, the toy soldiers, and Clara's courage in their thrilling battle scene; adults appreciate the classic dance and the timeless music of Tchaikovsky.
Rochester Dance Company's production of The Nutcracker features lavish, professionally designed costumes, a hand-painted set, and highly detailed props, including a Christmas tree that appears to grow by magic.
