Planning events is no easy feat. As the organizers of large events like Social-ICE and Thursdays Downtown, we get it! That’s why we want to help other organizers secure funding through our Start-Up Event Grant.

Up to $3,000 per recipient will be up for grabs in a Shark Tank-style pitch competition at 6 p.m. January 11, 2023 at One Discovery Square (202 4th St SW, Rochester, MN 55902). A total of $25,000 will be given away that night by a panel of judges.

Want to join in on the fun? Vote in person January 11 for your favorite event, activity, or program! The people's choice will win an additional $500 towards their downtown endeavor! A registration link for this free event will be released soon.
