In this class, we'll explore the profound connection between mind and body through gentle, mindful movement. Learn how stress and tension can cause muscles to become "stuck" and "forgotten," leading to discomfort and reduced mobility. Through specific movements called pandiculations, inspired by Thomas Hanna's clinical somatics, we'll retrain the nervous system to release tension and rediscover efficient movement patterns. By combining slow, intentional movements with conscious breathing, you'll cultivate a deeper awareness of your body and mind, promoting relaxation and ease. These classes are for all levels and is great for beginners!
