Sky-like Mind Meditation Series Second Saturdays @ RAC Presented by Rochester Art Center in partnership with Yoga Tribe Description: Join us the second Saturday of the month for Sky-like mind meditation. This meditation series will offer the opportunity to utilize your senses, breath, and focused awareness to create sky-like mind. Each class will introduce unique mindfulness tools and gentle movement to create spaciousness while enveloped in Lindsy Hallackson’s exhibit, You Are Sky.
