Each poem is paired with wines as deep and mysterious as the night, complemented by cheeses that bring out the darker, more complex flavors of the season.
With wine expertise from Autumn Gilliam The Adventurous Sip and selections from The Wine Company, along with Food Union’s most daring cheeses, this intimate gathering will immerse you in a sensory experience that’s as unsettling as it is delicious.
