Join us for a film series examining the theme of Black History Month 2019, "Black Migrations." In May, we'll be watching part of PBS's Black in Latin America with Henry Louis Gates Jr. In this series, Professor Gates celebrates the massive influence of millions of people of African descent on the history and culture of Latin America and the Caribbean and considers why and how their contribution is often forgotten or ignored.
