Join us for an evening of yoga, meditation, and deep reflection amidst a live soundscape on the darkest day of the year.

The night begins with herbal tea, a short meditation and guided journal prompts to explore the many facets of darkness and light. We'll move into a gentle yoga class, featuring opportunities to become grounded as well as to open tight spaces (think hips and shoulders) with ease. Pause to journal and reflect along the way. The evening will end with a guided meditation and more tea as you leave ready to release the dark and embrace the light.

We'll be joined by soulful singer-songwriter and healing musical artist Hannah Lou Woods (MT-BC, 200 hr CYT). Hannah will be filling the room with thoughtful sound while we journal, meditate, move and reflect. Yoga, meditation, and journaling will be led by Allison Roe (500 hr RYT).

Please note that class will be held in the historic Chateau Theatre, 15 1st St. SW, Rochester, MN 55902. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, along with a journal and something to write with.
