This event is part of a monthly dialogue series. Each month, IMAA will bring a new topic that relates to refugees, immigrants, and cultural diversity, Café Steam provides the space and hot, cozy drinks, and you bring yourself just the way you are!
Our goal is to offer spaces for genuine, authentic dialogue where anyone and everyone can bring their experiences to share. Or, you can come for the coffee and tea and just listen. We know how divided the world has become, and we hope these dialogues will provide a space that promotes unity, not separation.
January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month so we will be discussing, you guessed it, human trafficking!
Facilitators will be Andrea White from Olmsted County Victim Services and Nisha Kurup from IMAA.
Are you inspired yet to join?
Space is limited to 10, and we are still being cautious with COVID among us. Masks are required.
