Paradigm Dance Workshop is an educational event that is open to dancers of all abilities, ages 5-18 years old. PDW is excited to be returning to Rochester, Minnesota on Thursday, August 17th, 2023 at the Rochester Hilton. This one-day workshop provides dancers with the unique opportunity to receive world-class training, while immersed in a creative setting that will inspire routines and fine-tune technique for the upcoming dance season.

Dancers 7-18 years old will train with world renowned choreographers and master instructors from 8:00am-5:00pm. A special two-hour session for Mini Dancers, ages 5-7, will be available from 11:30am-1:30pm. PDW will offer classes in numerous styles of dance such as Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary Fusion, Commercial Jazz and Musical Theater. There will also be technique focused sessions for our younger dancers.

Paradigm Dance Workshop's Summer 2023 staff is composed of internationally respected master instructors and choreographers. The faculty includes Ryan Ramirez, Gerran Reese, Keri LaGrand, Derrick Schrader, Chelsea Jennings, Shannon Butterfield Wacha, Alice Chase and junior staff member Savannah Manzel from World of Dance. Several of these artists are LA-based and key pillars in the West Coast dance industry. In addition, some are Minnesota natives with deep roots in the dance community. Recent projects they have worked on, and celebrities they have worked with include So You Think You Can Dance, The Voice, The X-Factor, La La Land, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Dancing With The Stars, RuPaul's Drag Race, Beyonce, JLO, Sabrina Carpenter, Cher, Paula Abdul, Lindsey Lohan, Kenny Ortega, Steven Spielberg, and more!

Many dancers travel all over the country to receive training like you would experience at Paradigm Dance Workshop. No matter what studio your dancer attends classes at, this is an amazing opportunity for dancers in our region to come together and work with some of the best teachers in the industry, before the Fall dance season.
