Join artist Michon Weeks at the opening reception for AIRPLANE, BOOMBOX, CAR at the Rochester Art Center. The exhibition presents paintings and cardboard sculptures of familiar objects distilled through the artist's materials, hands, brain, senses, and heart. Reception: 6-8 pm, September 13 Artists Remarks: 6:45pm Exhibition Dates: September 13-October 26, 2019 This activity is made possible through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council in cooperation with a private foundation. Michon Weeks is a fiscal year 2019 recipient of an Artist Initiative grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board.
