We're bringing a very special guest to Rochester for Restaurant Week, and she's coming all the way from Maine! Join us for a casual meet and greet with Virginia Shaffer, founder of Lady Oyster.

Join us for dinner on Thursday, January 23rd, and chat oysters with Virginia. She'll be on the floor for dinner services, engaging and consulting with guests on their oyster menu choices. Ask her any questions about Maine flavor profiles, locations, tasting etiquette, farm stories, and more.

Virginia is an Oyster Master Guild Certified Oyster Specialist. She has a B.A. in International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C., and holds a certificate in Gastronomic Tourism from Le Cordon Bleu.
