Event Description
Embrace snail mail this holiday season with Dr. Rosei Skipper! This fun, relaxing collage-based workshop is all about cards, postcards and stamps! Rosei will speak about her love of hand-crafted mail, and why keeping in touch with family and friends is important for mental health and well-being.
Your ticket supports the USPS through the purchase of stamps and includes the workshop, stamps, and same-day admission to the Rochester Art Center galleries.

About the Instructor:
Rosei Skipper, MD is a yoga, barre and meditation teacher based in Rochester, Minnesota. Originally from Oregon, Rosei has been practicing yoga for most of her life, and is passionate about health and wellness. After graduating from medical school in 2010, Rosei completed a combined residency and fellowship training in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry at the Mayo Clinic. In 2015 Rosei fulfilled a lifelong dream when she transitioned careers to focus on health, wellness and physical activity.
