Organizers Note: This two-part workshop series will be held in person on Tuesday, October 13 and Tuesday, October 20 from 3:30 PM-4:30 PM. All participants will be required to wear masks and observe social distancing at all times during the workshop. Please register for the October 13 to attend both sessions of this workshop in person.

If you prefer to join us for this workshop virtually, we will be offering a separate online format on the mornings of October 14 and October 21.

Participants Will:

• Explore a framework to process challenges; specifically, the challenges currently facing with COVID-19.

• Emerge resources (known and not yet discovered) to leverage strategically in ways that build resiliency for self and those they lead. Identifying vision for next right steps for their individual businesses and unique circumstances.

• Engage in tools that offer practical, real time action; crucial conversations, processing losses and gains, assessing influence, and relevant questions that drive key decisions in the middle of a challenge.

Seats are limited, this workshop series is FREE, but registration is required to reserve your space. This event will be held over two one-hour sessions on October 13 & 20 from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM. Please register for our October 13 event, but plan to attend both sessions of this two-part workshop.

Registration is limited to 10 people.

If you prefer to join us online, we will be offering a separate two-part workshop in a virtual format on October 14 and October 21 from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. About the Trainer:

Sandy Anderson has been serving both organizations and individuals who desire to work and live with greater intention for over twenty-eight years. Her degrees in Community Health and Organizational Leadership, professional and personal experiences along with extensive training in Appreciative Inquiry and Clifton Strengths™ offer a unique ability to "set a table" where clients from all walks of life engage and discover not only what could be, but how to get there.

Sandy’s authentic and practical approaches foster the transparency needed for sustainable transformation, whether it's an organizational leader, team, entrepreneur or an individual desiring to lead, live and love with greater relevancy and intention.
