Rochester Art Center is proud to present Drag Story Time with Miss Anita Tiara! Drag Story Time is just what the title says — a drag queen will read story books to kids in attendance. We’ll follow up the stories with fun craft activities fit for royalty, including gold crowns and colorful scepters! Please register in advance, spots are limited!

Session 2 : 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Same-day gallery admission is included with registration. Take time to enjoy current exhibitions such as He(art) and Soul by Amarama Vercnocke, and Homecoming Queen: The Wonderful World of Utica Queen featuring high-fashion garments and accessories designed by Ethan Mundt, (Utica Queen) as seen on season 13 of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
DRAG QUEEN BIO
Miss Anita Tiara was crowned the winner of the Miss Rochester Pageant in 2000. Since then she has been entertaining audiences at shows and pride festivals in Rochester, Mankato, Duluth, La Crosse, and Minneapolis. Miss Anita is most well known as the founder and hostess of Rochester’s DRAG QUEEN BINGO. DQ Bingo is held twice a year to sold-out audiences and has raised over $10,000 for Rochester area churches and other non-profits.
