The Downtown Sidewalk Experience Enhancement Project will take place along Broadway Ave. from 2nd Street N to 4th Street S, and also Historic 3rd Street SW. More information about the project can be found at www.rochestermn.gov/projects.

We are hosting two public information sessions about the project on January 13, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

These information sessions are meant to engage a broad audience for feedback and input regarding the project. We will provide a high-level overview of the project with additional opportunities for impacted property and business owner questions and comments in the future.

Please note the project has not yet gone out for bid so we do not have details on the schedule or process. Under the current plan, we expect the bidding process to occur February - March 2022 and construction to occur May - September 2022.
