Join members of the City of Rochester's Community Development team downtown on May 24 & 26 to get answers to these questions and learn about updates related to the Unified Development Code (UDC) project.

The City of Rochester has been working to re-write its zoning ordinance into a Unified Development Code (UDC) since January 2020. The project aims to better align the City’s development regulation with the Rochester Comprehensive Plan, and implement best practices from around the country.
