SPENCER HODGE Spencer Hodge grew up in Winona, MN, where he spent considerable time outdoors enjoying the scenery along the river and the bluffs. He studied painting at Luther College, and he relives his memory and adoration for these natural forms in large paintings. His work incorporate flirtations of color field, gesture, notation, rhythm, dream and mixed mediums.
