Family-friendly, community, cultural festival - featuring free children's activities, performances, art and food vendors, and community information fair.
Monarchs are a beautiful connection between Minnesota and Mexico, with some believing that the butterflies represent the souls of our ancestors. The event will feature naturalist demonstrations by Quarry Hill Nature Center, Mexican cultural expo, songs, stories, dances and displays. A huge thank you to the Rochester Downtown Alliance and Destination Medical Center for making this event possible downtown through a Start-Up Event Grant.
