Learn about factors that influence how buying decisions are made, techniques to uncover buyer needs and how to improve your ability to successfully communicate the right value to a buyer.
This program will benefit both new and experienced sales professionals who want to improve their ability to effectively communicate value and to develop stronger relationships with their customers.
Join Marianne Collins, a Professor of Marketing, Department Chair and the Director of the Strauss Center for Sales Excellence at Winona State University (WSU). Prior to joining the faculty at WSU, Ms. Collins had a long career in business, spanning over three decades. She held a variety of sales and marketing positions; including 12 years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a food service equipment manufacturer. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) and she earned her Master’s degree from Harvard.
