There is a sense of fulfillment to be had when making art. It is like a puzzle; finding the correct placement, adjusting, moving until a thing of beauty is in front of you, something that evokes feeling when looked at. Feelings play an important role, they compel us. They catalyze action and influence choices made in our lives. I make art hoping to evoke emotion within someone, to know that what I have created has had an impact.
