Meet the instructors

Anna Christian has always had a passion for fitness. Growing up as a competitive athlete she spent a lot of time in the gym. She went on to graduate with a degree in exercise science from Montana State University. During her college years, she found Pure Barre. Pure Barre is a low impact, high intensity workout. Combining the use of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, Pure Barre provides a full-body workout that promotes long, lean muscle tone by using small, isometric movements that bring each muscle group to fatigue. Anna began instructing for the Bozeman, Montana Pure Barre studio in 2014. She then brought her passion for Pure Barre to Rochester, opening her studio in 2017 and loving being part of the Rochester community. She believes moving your body is the first step toward living a healthy lifestyle, and Pure Barre provides a community that works for anyone and every body.
