Submit An Event

Events must fall within the 44-block special service district to be published on the downtown Rochester online events calendar or it will not be approved.

 

Events must be an appropriate event hosted within the downtown district. The events calendar is for the promotion of our downtown stakeholder community and to establish downtown as a welcoming environment to all. Submissions will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of RDA.

 

For repeating events, please make sure to tell us the start and end dates and day of the week in the description box. Also, check the calendar first to see if your event is already listed.

 

Submitted events are reviewed and published every Monday (holidays and office closures excluded). RDA reserves the right to edit submitted entries.
