Festival of Trees 2021 making downtown its home for the holidays

Very merry news: the Hiawatha Homes Foundation and the Rochester Downtown Alliance are partnering to bring Festival of Trees back to downtown Rochester in 2021!

Similar to 2020, decorated trees will be showcased throughout the walkable 44-block downtown special service district November 22-28, 2021. Additional programming and adorned storefronts will be planned for the rest of the holiday season.

Bringing this fun holiday experience gift to downtown are two organizations committed to people. Hiawatha Homes' mission is to help people with disabilities, which pairs well with that of the RDA's to make downtown welcoming for everyone.

Hiawatha Homes Foundation's Festival of Trees By The Numbers:

  85 Festival of Trees trees will be showcased in the 2021 season.

 

  See the trees throughout the 44 walkable blocks within downtown.

 

  Since the 1980s, Festival of Trees has been Hiawatha Homes' signature fundraising holiday event.

 

  To date, $4 million has been raised for Hiawatha Homes' mission of helping people with disabilities.
